How do I set up my first location?

1. Open Selza and sign in to your account
2. Tap "Choose Location" on the dashboard
3. Tap "Add New Location"
4. Enter location name, address, and optional PIN
5. Tap "Save Location" to complete setup

How do I scan scratch-off tickets?

1. Connect your external Bluetooth barcode scanner to your iPhone
2. Open the barcode scanner from the dashboard
3. Scan the ticket barcode using your external scanner
4. The app will automatically detect and process the ticket
5. Ticket information will be displayed and saved

How do I start tracking a shift?

1. Go to "Current Shift" from the dashboard
2. Tap "Start Shift" to begin tracking
3. The app will automatically track time and sales
4. Tap "End Shift" when you're finished
5. View detailed shift reports in "Last Shift"

How do I manage inventory?

1. Go to "Update Inventory" from the dashboard
2. Add new scratch-off tickets with game numbers
3. Set initial stock levels for each ticket type
4. Scan tickets to automatically update inventory
5. View real-time stock levels and sales data

Can I use Selza offline?

Yes! Selza works offline with local data storage. When you're back online, all data will automatically sync to the cloud. This ensures you never lose important information even without internet connection.

How do I add multiple users?

1. Go to Settings → User Management
2. Tap "Add User"
3. Enter the new user's email address
4. Set appropriate permissions and access levels
5. The user will receive an invitation email

How secure is my data?

Selza uses enterprise-grade security with Firebase authentication and encryption. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your business data with third parties.

How do I delete my account?

1. Go to Settings → Account Management → Delete Account
2. Enter your password to verify your identity
3. Review the warning about permanent deletion
4. Confirm the deletion in the final dialog
5. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including locations, sales history, and inventory records will be permanently deleted.
